Our Process

01.

Coaching begins with a 30 minute discovery session. This session will
determine If I can assist you with achieving your goals.

02.

You will receive a proposal with feedback regarding the outcomes of the discovery session, number of sessions required to achieve goals and fee for service.

03.

Once the proposal is accepted and payment made coaching sessions
will be scheduled.

  • Coaching sessions will be via phone, and or zoom for up to 60 minutes.

  • Coaching sessions will be once weekly or once every two weeks.

  • Documents will be provided to complete in between sessions.

  • You will receive weekly, friendly accountability which will come via text.
